The unit pictured as not the same as the unit you’re buying. The unit pictured shows a “matted” chrome contrasted with polish chrome… and this is not the case. The entire tower and handles will be polished chrome.
For the same money you can get the same exact tower, faucets, and handles (which is lame of them to exclude) for cheaper. I won’t name names, but shop around and get the handles included, they’ll cost you more than you think by themselves.
Other than that though, this is a good tower and the faucets are excellent for the price.

Based on the reviews that I read I assumed that this product would not come with all the parts (handles, mounting hardware, tubing). It came with everything including extra washers. Great price and a great product..
